Arriving
Move-in procedures
- Complete the move-in inspection checklist within seven days of receiving keys.
- Confirm all utilities are transferred into your name as of your lease start date.
- Submit a maintenance request for anything that needs attention.
Leaving
Move-out procedures
- Give written notice as required by your lease.
- Schedule your move-out and return all keys, remotes, and access devices.
- Clean the home and remove all belongings and trash.
- Leave utilities on through your move-out date; provide a forwarding address for your deposit.
